 My arms are now toned as i've been using my small heavy barbells a lot. I will take a  pic of all the stuff that's help me tone and be slim.

So it can inspire anyone, lol.

I got more excerize equiment like a tamperoline, stepper, skipping rope, heavy barbell weights, etc. It was all ina kit and i got it in pink. So it's going to help as on days i don't use the threadmill or feel like a change of things i will use those. I also can use them in the house.

Back to 7 again, then i will be under 7 by next week i bet. I wore my skinny jeans today and my sister said i look so slim, my aunty was saying that too and i shouldnt lose any more. Then my granma said i look too thin. Let's hope i don't put any weight on for at least a year. :)

i will get some pics here soon of me in skinny jeans to show off lol

I've gone under 7 stone (which is under 98 pounds) this week because i haven't been eating that much as i usually do and done a lot of exercise. But i will eat more today. I'm underweight now but probably next week i will add on a pound then might lose it the next week. I don't mind that; as long as i don't go over 7 stone. 

Had healthy breakfast today. Soya strawberry yogart and one banana. Lutch i'm having junk food Chips with vegan ham and baked beans. So dinner will be something small like soup or a salad with vegan mayonise.

But i will proablly snack on a bit of nuts and and a yoguart.

ppl are saying i look so thin now and don't need to lose any more. That i won't. I eat a lot anyway so i don't think i will lose any more but i for sure don't want to gain weight so i still do my workouts 5 times a week and an extra hour of belly dancing in the Wednesday class.

I still snack on sweets and crisp though but 50% or more i eat healthy.

 Being vegan is helping me maintain the weight but snacking on peanutbutter and crisps won't really! And i've been having chips a lot then usual. Luckily i haven't gained weight.

Also i have cut my exercise routine down. I'm happy as a UKsize 8 now, don't wan to lose any more weight.

 I thought fasting would slow down my metabolism and make me gain pounds but instead i think i lost one or two. Though the last 2 days i have been indulging in takeaways and sweets, something i haven't done fr ages. Worst still these takeaway foods i got and sweets could not have been vegan. My favourite sweet the licroawise has gelatine in it. ;o

Oh not really any exercise for ages either. Just belly dancing for an hour once a week and some walking a bit.

Something's up with the treadmill, it looks like it's worn out or something due to me using it to much and not applying the oil on properly. So didn't use it, i want it to go ok as i know the treadmill is the exercise that makes me sweat the most so that means it makes me burnt he calories the most! So i need it back in working order, i'll fear i'll add a pound on if i don't use it more then 3 days. :( I just got my workout dvds now but i want my treadmill as well as i prefer using that first. 

Fuck i'm gonna have a pizza now and i'll feel like i haven't done enough to burn it off course today couldn't go on the treadmill, just did an hour work out of tao bo but to me that's not an enough, i wasn't even sweating as much as i do on the treadmill.
That's my figure like now, slim&toned. I don't want to lose it! I hope i get those kettlebells next month just in xase the threadmill won't work.

No dieting now that i have lost loads and nearly underweight so now just going to eat what i want and exercise still but not over obsessively like i have done.

Being vegan helps, i bet it will maintain my weight and make me more healthy. I love being vegan, tofu rocks!

More new exercise's to be done. First going to go belledancing lessons once a week. Not only is this fun, it flattens/tones the tummy the most. I really want to do good belle dancing like Sharkias's, she's so cool when she dose it. The 2nd is kettlebells which are a acienct way of weight lifting. Sometimes i feel like i want to lose much and go on the verge of losing more pounds. I looked at my upper part body yesterday and saw my collar bones sticking out a sigh of thinness and how my breasts had gone tiny, it was weird. From that top i looked like really thin though my hips don't seem that way really.

I am a uk size 8 now but sometimes i feel what i go to a size 6 then a 4 which is size 0? But then my calorie intake will need to be 1000 or something little like that everyday. Some days i'm ok with that for 3 days a week but on other days i binge and think fuck that lol.

Just made a lovely vegan pizza [Jul. 7th, 2007|05:15 pm]

Made by

sundried tomato paste on a thin base of pizza base.
Then chopped canned tin tamtoes with vege stock and black pepper with mushrooms and yellow pepper added in. Then toped with few slices of vegan cheese and grilled in the oven.

It's far healthily then the ones at the takeaways so it's great.

Been vegan for nearlly a month now [Jul. 7th, 2007|02:30 pm]

Learning more to be vegan, you find out things like some sugars are not vegan, that's the only hard part and thing i'm not take seriously on that much. Well, it was easy cutting out milk and cheese. Got use to tofu that i like it now. I just have to learn to cook good vegan stuff as there's things you can do to tofu to make it look/taste like every meat so that's something i look forward to learning. Up to know i've made my tofu look/taste like scrabbled eggs and fish fillets. I've recently bought vegan fish fingers, ham, turkey, sausages, burgers, flapjacks , etc. All i need now is vegan ice-cream which i can't seem to find. I feel really happy as a vegan now.

On some days i feel so hungry though but getting better now to and maintain weight as it's near 7st.


Takeaway tomorrow, i feel better i have them now and again instead of once a week like i use to.

So now i am a vegan which is great, i will surely stick to this. I feel so proud i am one at last. With this now i should be able to maintain/lose weight as i wont be having naughty foods like pizza or mcfurry which put weight on me the first place. The first reason i have become a vegan is for animal rights as i'm a PETA member and realise this is right and sensible to day. The other reason are it's healthy and won't make me have naughty foods much.

Everything has changed. Got to read labels now, got to be careful when ordering takeaways or going to fast food places. I think only fries i can order in those places. If i eat out i hope it will be the earth cafe which is a vegan cafe. I love being a vegan now and am excited.

I'm glad i haven't really overeat this week. I've been mostly eating healthy food like tofu, quorn mince, egg and stuff. Also been keeping up my one a day 5 times a week workout routines.

Wish i can do more like maybe get a bike and go out, i hate going out the moment. But it would be nice to do something once a week that involves either cycling, back packing, walking or swimming. As i do all  my workouts in my room.

Thought i'd share: 
For a healthy meal:

Fry some tofu in a little oil then add in some peppers and diced fresh tomato. Add herbs and a little bit of pesto if you like. Serve with plum tomato, watercress salad.

Have two cups of oolong (Wu-Long) tea, this apparently is suppose to be help weight loss and other things.

Yesterday i kept my hunger in at the end while on that diet. I have to get use to this otherwise I'll never succeed with my stupid appetite.

Under 50 kilos now, need to lose a few more and ill be happy. Excising like mad. Hope i get a bike for my birthday this week so i can go cycling once or twice a week.
