Height: About 5 foot ( i thought it was 5'2 but somehow now its 5 foot)

Weight: under 8 stone Nearlly 7 and a half stone. 7 would be good though! (in the healthy BMI range)

Excerise: Sometimes 30 mins of jogging every day If not it will be 20 or 45mins Use to do a hour but my chest was weezeing and it made my asthma kinda worst.

Now it's more of a 45 minutes or an hour or so 5 or 6 times a week. I do the jogging for 30 or 40 mins and an hour or a half from workout dvds such as martial arts, tae bo, etc.

Clothes size: A UK size 8

Regularly diet: Well i've been a vegetarian for 3 or 4 years now ( before i wanted to be thin, the reason was for animal rights only) So no meat or fish i ever have. If i lose my interests in food i might become a vegan. Problem is i can't have Quorn food if i become a vegan which will be hard if i need a subatute for meat ever. To be honest i hope i just don't care about food and become a vegan, although i will miss Quorn of course. It's low in fat too so i don't know what to do.

I do love junk food like pizza, cheese, crisps , sweets and chocs but i'm trying to give up these.

A weight losing journal i guess. My battle to stay slim!

I'm not sure whether i want to be just curvy slim (UKsize 12) or really thin (UKsize 8)But whatever i'm going to try lose some more pounds.
